Meet Krampus.

Krampus is not evil. He’s a dedicated professional doing an important job with care and enthusiasm. While Santa is doling out goodies, Krampus is making sure young scoundrels and hooligans are motivated to improve. His preferred method? Scare the wits out of them. Obviously, Krampus must find gratification in a job well done or he wouldn’t stick to it for centuries, right? Thank you, Krampus. Keep up the good work.

His Home Decor Style:

His home is more of a lair. It boasts Alpine mountain views, fresh breezes, and very hot fire-pits. He leans towards more natural finishes like stone and birch, and has an obsession with cuckoo clocks, plaid, and old-world touches.

His Color Palette:

Krampus decorates mostly with natural, dark colors, but loves to add a pop of color in the form of red or green, especially if it's plaid.

Krampus isn't a monster. In fact, he is actually a very friendly guy. He still partakes in the holiday tradition of sending holiday greeting cards to all his friends and family. He might even send a cordial "heads up" card to the children who still have time to turn it all around before he intervenes.

At the end of the holiday season, Krampus throws a holiday barbecue at his lair. He wouldn't be caught dead without his Krampus Coasters (see photo above) to protect his antique wooden table.

Krampus is very fond of the Things Could Be Worse Christmas design. Seeing all his holiday co-workers reek havoc on the holidays warms his cold, black heart.

He finds the 12 ounce mug perfect for a single Krampus-sized serving of bourbon, but loves the 20 ounce version when he wants to spike his coffee or hot chocolate instead. A bourbon a day keeps the Krampus away? or something like that...
