now it's perfect

Fabric is just a little on the thin side, although construction appears sturdy. So I made a liner with a zipper pocket on one side, regular pocket on the other. Very simple sewing project since the bag is not gusseted. Might add a velcro or snap closure later as needed. NOW it's perfect !!! Great size, have other items in "Things could be worse" pattern. A real conversation starter when I take my tote bag out shopping :)

Cute and well made...

I love this tote! The fabric is quality as is the design printing. I plan to add my own contrasting lining with pockets so I can use it as an everyday bag. Very pleased!

Upside down

I know it could be worse, but the fabric was upside down. I bought it with the plan to just use the fabric in another project, so I kept it. But that’s not good.

I'm so sorry about your misprinted bag. We haven't received any other complaints about this upside down pattern, so I'm hoping it's an uncommon issue. If you wanted a replacement, we would be happy to send you a new one. Please contact us at robot@calamityware.com.

Great extra!

Well made and a great little extra to bring along. I carry mine in my pocket or hand bag for those trips when you never know what you may come home with. The farmers market, the vintage store or just running into the store for a quick bag of treats. You’ll find yourself using this for so many things. Love it!

Perfect bag for a sketch pad and pencils or a book or two

Nice little bag for a short shopping trip; such as walking to the store for a quart of milk or a dozen eggs. Or a walk to the park with a book or sketch pad (as long as it is not a large sketch pad) and a few pencils or pens. The bag washed up nicely and is now residing with the remainder of my shopping bags, awaiting its first trip out into the wide world.

I like it

It’s worth the purchase. I love the originality. I don’t love the material. I use the bag often & plan to use it for years to come. It is sturdy. I don’t know why, but I was expecting more of a nylon not cotton feel. That’s the only reason for the 1 missing star. Otherwise the brand is amazing. Cannot wait to see what they come out with next.
