Where it's made

These porcelain pieces were fired at the Kristoff workshop in Valbrich, Poland, one of the oldest and grandest porcelain workshops in the world. Kristoff began making porcelain in 1831, and its work can be found in museums and in the palaces of royalty. Our porcelain designs are in-glaze, which means slightly melted into the surface of the piece, to ensure a beautiful crisp image for years to come. Photo by Porcelana Krzysztof Sp. z o.o.

A laugh every snack

This is my first set of Calamityware plates and oh wow, are they funny. The Christmas Calamities kick the normal calamities up quite a festive notch! I laugh every time I snack from these. They may end up being put into year-round use, simply because they are so darn cool.

Cute Calamities

They're just my sense of humor and a perfect addition to my Christmas collection, alongside the Christmas editions of the It Could Be Worse mugs.

Christmas plates

So cute! Goes with the Christmas mugs I bought for family last Christmas. Incredibly fun and quality (of everything I have bought) is excellent! My Grandmother's name was Moyer, I hope we are related! :)

Make your meals delightful!

We use the small plates as our normal dinnerware, and are so pleased to be able to add the dazzling red Christmas Calamities into the rotation. A touch of the absurd to spice up every meal!

Hilarious!

I ordered these holiday plates for my daughter on Vancouver Island to match the red holiday mugs I gave her for Christmas last year. She absolutely loves them! I am so happy they arrived just before the atmospheric river hit BC and the west coast. She can hunker down with her mugs and plates and contemplate that indeed, things could be worse. Love you guys at Team Calamityware! Happy Christmas 🎄

Delightful, delovely!

What a lot of fun these plates are! We've used them as dessert plates since their arrival and we are having a ball with them! They are doing fine in our dishwasher, too. LOVE!

Thanksgiving dessert surprise

It's not possible to have too much laughter among friends. These plates caused a double-take, and then close examination, and a passing around so that each person could examine & remark on them all. Then came the pumpkin pie. These plates were a huge success. I do wish the big plates or the bowls came in red as well. Blue just doesn't make it in my house.
