These porcelain pieces were fired at the Kristoff workshop in Valbrich, Poland, one of the oldest and grandest porcelain workshops in the world. Kristoff began making porcelain in 1831, and its work can be found in museums and in the palaces of royalty. Our porcelain designs are in-glaze, which means slightly melted into the surface of the piece, to ensure a beautiful crisp image for years to come. Photo by Porcelana Krzysztof Sp. z o.o.

Great, now I have a fine china habit...

Calamityware, you’ve created a monster... again. I never thought I’d start collecting blue willow like my mom, but here we are, I guess. Expect even more future purchases from this Calamityware addict. These were an anniversary gift to my boyfriend, and he bought the robots bandana to match because he loves them so much.

I adore my two new Robot bowls. One is for substantial "meal-for-one ware" when you live alone and two is for company. When they arrive I can just pull my guest bowl off of its display rack (soon to be installed) on the wall below my original robot print by artist David Jones. The tea strainers didn't come with the artwork but they found the perfect spot to strut their stuff. Wearing a tin foil hat to keep the aliens away is de rigueur for the evening ~ I just know it will be a calamitous evening!

Just fun

I’m so happy I did the kickstarter campaign for these bowls. They are really nice and super fun.
I also have the coffee mugs as well and I wish I could load up my whole kitchen with all calamity ware.
Keep up the great work and I’ll just keep slowly here and there turning my kitchen into a calamity kitchen.

Love everything Calamity

I like Calamityware so much that I'm not even sure what to say. I ordered a set of 2 serving bowls and the holiday robot mugs and the black cat T-shirt. All are beyond clever, hilarious, with amazing designs and well-- just so awesome. The dishes I use everyday are a set of Blue Willow so imagine my delight at being able to mix in the serving bowl and wait to see if anyone notices all the little calamities. Also great quality-- nice heavy made-in-Poland bowl. The T-shirt is great too. Gave it to my son who has a black cat. Perfect gift!

More design options

Love these serving bowls/pasta bowls. They are a great size for people who like to eat all their meals out of bowls! I hope there will be multiple designs available soon, so I can add more to my ever growing collection.

Bought 2 on the Kickstarter but that only led to fights so finally came back for ~many~ more. Has quickly become our go to dinnerware. Very high quality.
