      Where it's made

These porcelain pieces were fired at the Kristoff workshop in Valbrich, Poland, one of the oldest and grandest porcelain workshops in the world. Kristoff began making porcelain in 1831, and its work can be found in museums and in the palaces of royalty. Our porcelain designs are in-glaze, which means slightly melted into the surface of the piece, to ensure a beautiful crisp image for years to come. Photo by Porcelana Krzysztof Sp. z o.o.

      bowls to live by

We have had our set about a year now and love them as much as the day they arrived--they are beautiful, durable, and a perfect shape. What could be better? Hmm... maybe a similarly shaped larger size SUPER DUPER BOWL! (hint, hint)

      Awesome bowls

These are great bowls for all sorts of stuff. They look as awesome in-person as in the photos. Oatmeal, stew, etc. The size is perfect for a full meal of something hearty (like a stew), or for part of a meal. If you want a dinner salad these will be too small for that. I like the vertical sides, because they don't spill as easily and they're easier to drink straight from than more sloped sides.

Would love if a bigger (3-4cup) version came out sometime.

      Great

Lovely set of bowls, the only thing that would make them better is if each one was different.

      Kaboom!

My husband thought Calamitywear was too silly to use every day, but when our cereal bowls arrived, he started using them right away, and I caught him smiling when he got to the bottom of the bowl. Yes! Guess what? He uses them every day! We all need a smile these days, and I love Calamitywear for being our ray of sunshine!

      Full of Pho

Christmas gift for my son and his family. They love their rice noodles and one bowl meals. My grandchildren enjoyed puzzling out just what calamity befell the omnivores. I'm sure they'll enjoy the bowls for years to come.

      Versatile and super fun!

These bowls are ideal for morning oatmeal, a quick salad or portion-controlled pasta! WE LOVE THEM - they always give us a little inward giggle and bring a smile to our faces. Thank you, Don, for your inventiveness and quirky sense of humor - an antidote to these troubled times.

      Bowled over

These bowls make my ice cream and corn flakes (not together, but maybe...) taste much better ;^)

      Exploding Bear!

It's hard to not be completely and utterly in love with the exploding bear inside these bowls. My one complaint would be that they are all the same, but that really is not so upsetting that I do not adore these bowls! They are wonderfully sized and always provide a pleasant end to a meal.
