Description
We gave Don an assignment to design a larger mug, so he gave us a few sketches. This iteration was rejected because the shipping costs would have been outrageous. So, instead of producing a 900-gallon porcelain mug, we made Don's drawing into a letterpress print.

Limited-edition, three-color, letterpress print on acid-free, 100 percent cotton paper.

Letterpress printing creates a relief print by pressing an inked design into paper. For centuries, it was the main printing method, but now it’s practiced mainly by artisans who appreciate a letterpress print’s unique tactile beauty. Bryce Knudson at Bjørn Press in Provo, Utah does masterful work on our letterpress prints, ensuring our designs are vibrant and sharp.

Perfect

Just received my Coffee Please print, and I can't wait to get it framed and hung above my coffee bar! Would be a perfect gift for those who can never get enough coffee.

Beautiful!

This is a high quality print with delightful texture and not some jumped-up litho. I will have to get this framed soon because it is such a tactile temptation. The image itself is wonderful, and having had house rabbits, this sinister little driver only too believable.

Absolutely delicious!

This print was everything I’d hoped for and more: a work of truly exceptional quality, which matted and framed made a perfect gift for the friends who introduced me to Calamityware. The print now occupies a place of honor on their kitchen wall, a charming reminder that it’s important to always have more coffee, please.

Great print with so much detail!

I love this print! I just ordered it last month and it is now framed and hanging on my office wall. It's got so much detail - the "steam" above the coffee is made up of tiny dents in the paper! - and the mug is like a miniature of my travel mug. It makes me smile every time I look at it!
