Lackluster Circus Jigsaw Puzzle

Shipping and taxes calculated at checkout. Free U.S. shipping on orders over $200.

This 1,000-piece jigsaw puzzle is a gaudy collection of traditional circus acts that have refined their performances to a modest level of mediocrity. And there are enough clowns to make any sane person queasy.

Puzzles are great because you can do them alone or with others. You get to set the pace. You can do the whole puzzle in one marathon session or drag the effort out over weeks. Solving a puzzle sharpens your cognitive skills and helps you learn to focus on details. Snapping a puzzle piece into position feels good and probably releases a flood of endorphins. How nice. And jigsaw puzzles don’t require any batteries, instruction manuals, or wifi.

We believe the best jigsaw puzzles have three vital qualities. First, lots of color. Next, oodles of details. No boring expanses of sky or snow. Last, a good puzzle is puzzling—a little mysterious and full of false clues, duplicates, and distractions. The Lackluster Circus puzzle is designed to give you abundant colors, beguiling details, and mild mystery.

Printed on specially made, heavy puzzle board.

This puzzle is challenging, but it's not so exasperating that you will have to be institutionalized. We included an overview of the whole image on a cheat sheet and box base, so you and a friend can both have a reference while working on the puzzle. If you believe the puzzle is too easy, try solving it without referring to the cheat sheet. If it is still too easy, do it blindfolded.

What a circus!

This puzzle is absolutely stunning and exactly what I had hoped for! I had a great time piecing it together. Challenging but not mind numbing. Top shelf quality!

Rasperry beret? Found a fez. And much fun! This jigsaw puzzle serves up a heap of hue, plus puzzler-pleasing details, with typical high quality of Calamityware.

Colorful in so many ways!

An interesting and fun build. Colors are more vibrant than the other puzzles, and I liked the variety of colorful characters too. Just a bit more of a challenge than Rogues Gallery, and definitely easier to solve than Apes and Aliens or the ultimate challenger Ocean Commotion. I enjoyed it from beginning to end and completed it in one long sitting with a short lunchbreak. A good day of zany puzzling. A must-add to your collection!

Awesome, as always

I love this jigsaw puzzle, just like I love all of their products. I think it’s just a delightful company with a delightful idea. I fully intend to buy pretty much everything they sell. As soon as my wife will let me. The next thing I really want to get is the shower curtain, I just haven’t pushed the button yet.

I'm loving this puzzle. I stay up way past my bedtime working on it. I'm obsessed, but in a good way. There are little treasures found throughout in the most intriguing places. I love the colors and the shapes. I pick up a piece and say, "Ooh, pretty!" and stare at it in wonder. So, yeah, 5 stars, 2 thumbs up, and 1 vigorous head nod, "Yaas!"

It lacks no luster!

Great puzzle! A tiny bit easier than Apes and Aliens. I love the tigers the best; they are gorgeous!

Most fun I've ever had working a puzzle!!

This was my first Calamityware puzzle, and it's by far the most fun I've ever had putting a puzzle together! I love how a puzzle re-focuses my brain, I would stop to get a few more pieces in each time I walked by. After I finished, I repackaged it and am sending it off to daughter and son-in-law so they can enjoy it. Thanks for a fun time! I was going to include a photo, but you already have photos galore. Really, it was great fun!!

Challenging & Fun this puzzle is indeedy!

If you’re looking for a challenge. Any of the four(so far) puzzles offered by the folks at calamityware go to find out for yourself can stump even the most weathered of puzzle fanatics!! Give them a go to find out for yourself!!

Spectacular! Extraordinary!!

Bought this puzzle and the Rogues Gallery. Started with the Circus which was very challenging at the beginning but VERY FUN to put together. Loved the Rogues Gallery too. Just bought the Apes & Aliens and Ocean Commotion puzzles to complete my collection! I like the puzzles because they are out of the ordinary! Excellent interaction with the company, too!
