Included in this bundle are four identical 12-ounce Things Could Be Worse mugs, along with four unique Vexations small plates and four unique Vexations shallow bowls.

The Things Could Be Worse porcelain mugs graciously remind you that no matter how bad your day is going, things could be much worse. You could also be chased by UFOs, pestered by pirates, or plagued by giant frogs.

The Vexations designs are a whimsical celebration of the dominant fact of modern life—that each new day seems to bring some fresh exasperation. On the small plates, you will find Grouchy Mammoths, Romping Dinosaurs, Hairy Giants, and Angry Asteroids. On the shallow bowls, you will find Invasive Species, Ambling Armadillos, Fuzzy the Merciless, and Grabby the Grabber.

Mugs:

• 12-ounce (355 mL) capacity to the tippy top, 4"H (10 cm), 3.5" diameter (9 cm),
• All mugs have the same design.
• Rich blue images on white porcelain.
• Designed by Don Moyer. 12-ounce mug initially launched as his 10th Kickstarter project in 2015.
• Produced using the in-glaze decoration process. That means the image is slightly melted into the surface like the fine porcelain you see in museums.
• Each mug comes with a description card.
• Made at the award-winning Kristoff porcelain workshop in Poland.

Shallow Bowls:

• 9” diameter (22.8 cm) rim to rim, well is about 0.75" deep (2 cm).
• Holds 1 cup (8 ounces/237 mL) of liquid.
• The Vexations bowls are 0.25" (0.6 cm) larger in diameter than our previous shallow bowls (Fly, Now What?). The size difference won't be obvious on the table but you might notice the variation when you stack them or pull out a ruler.

Small Plates:

• 8” diameter (20.3 cm)
• The Vexations plates are 0.25" (0.6 cm) smaller in diameter than our previous small plates (Ants, Now What?). The size difference won't be obvious on the table but you might notice the variation when you stack them or pull out a ruler.

Bowls and Small Plates:
