These porcelain pieces wer fired at the Kristoff workshop in Valbrich, Poland, one of the oldest and grandest porcelain workshops in the world. Kristoff began making porcelain in 1831, and its work can be found in museums and in the palaces of royalty. Our porcelain designs are in-glaze, which means slightly melted into the surface of the piece, to ensure a beautiful crisp image for years to come. Photo by Porcelana Krzysztof Sp. z o.o.

Great teapot!

My sister and I are both tea lovers. I bought this for myself and loved everything about it--size, all the illustrated calamities and especially how well it poured, which is not always the case with teapots. I sent one to my sister and when she called to thank me she didn't mention anything about the design. I asked her if she looked carefully and she was surprised to find it wasn't a typical blue and white porcelain teapot. It made my day to have her discover the illustrations! I love Calamityware--it makes me smile every time I use one of the pieces!

I bought this tea set and some mugs for a good friend of mine. Him and his kids both love these pieces so much.
I also love the fact that these ceramic wares are of high quality and are super playful. Bridging the gap between artists and artisans; from one part of the world to my backyard here in PA.

Best Ever!

Good design, dripless spout and sturdy glaze. Holds enough tea to get me through my admittedly small calamities.

Very nice quality. Bought a set for my son. Love the surprise on people's faces when they look closely.
Bought the things could be worse christmas sweatshirt. So cool, received many comments. Have bought the red Christmas mugs for myself, wish you made more red.
