HOW TO ADD YOUR FREE MINI-MUG ORNAMENT
Remember: This promotion starts on 11/28/24, and only goes for as long as supplies last, or through 12/2/24, whichever comes first.

1. If your cart has $50 or more of product in it (gift card purchases are not eligible for promotional giveaways), a pop-up message will appear telling you that you've reached $50, with a button prompting you to visit the Mini-Mug Ornament product page.

2. If you want the Mini-Mug Ornament, click the button on the pop-up that says "Visit Mini-Mug Page". On the Mini-Mug Ornament page, add 1 Single Mini-Mug Ornament to your cart. As long as your cart has $50 or more of product in it (not including the mug), the discount will be automatically applied in your cart. If you don't want the Mini-Mug Ornament, simply close the pop-up window. (See #10 for how to purchase more.)

3. Alternatively, you can by-pass the pop-up window and go directly to the Mini-Mug Ornament page, and add a Single Mini-Mug Ornament to your cart. If your cart is over $50 (not including the ornament), the discount for the ornament will automatically appear in your cart.

TIMING
4. The promotion starts on Thursday, November 28, 2024, at 12:01 a.m., Eastern time, long before you’ll put your turkey in the oven, and is only good while supplies last during this time.

5. The promotion ends on Monday, December 2, 2024, at 11:59 p.m., Eastern time (or sooner if we run out). Who made up this Cyber Monday thing anyway? And why is Thanksgiving so late this year? Don't we all need more time to shop? 

6. If you make a purchase outside of the promotion period, you cannot receive a free Mini-Mug Ornament. Please don’t ask. Saying no is really hard for Robot, so don't put that kind of pressure on her. But you can buy one if you like them that much (see #10 below).

We have some lower-priced items you can add on that make great gifts—kitchen textiles, playing cards and puzzles, notecards,stickers, BADbandanas, books, pins, a calendar, etc. You’re sure to find something.

8. Just to clarify, only one free Mini-Mug Ornament per order that meets that $50 threshold, no matter the size of your shopping cart over $50.

SHIPPING
9. If your order qualifies to receive the Mini-Mug Ornament, and you've added it to your cart, your shipping costs will be adjusted slightly to accommodate the addition of the ornament. Shipping is a necessary evil. We’re sorry it has to be this way. If you prefer not to receive a free Mini-Mug Ornament, just don't add it to your cart. As a reminder, we are offering free shipping for U.S. orders over $200.

Please note that the free Mini-Mug Ornament must be shipped with the rest of your order. So, if you are buying a casserole dish for Aunt Sally but you want to keep the ornament, you should have the package shipped to your address and make arrangements to visit Aunt Sally to give her the casserole dish. She misses you.

11. The Things Could Be Worse Mini-Mug Ornament is made of poly resin, and is a replica of our 12-ounce and 20-ounce porcelain mugs. It is not food-safe. The ornament is 3" high, and weighs 3 ounces, so it won't cause your Christmas tree branches to sag. It comes with a red ribbon for hanging, and includes a small story card, making the ornament a perfect holiday gift for your favorite people.
