If you are an owner of our Calendarpalooza 2025, you should have just flipped it to the last month. So, we thought this would be a good time to talk about hidden cats.

As we were going through Don's drawing archive choosing images for the calendar, we realized that there were a lot of cats—no surprise if you are a Calamityware fan. But at some point, likely the day before we sent it to print, we thought it would be fun to hide a cat on every month. Cool right?

So, we gave Don the assignment to add cats to the months that didn't already have them. If you know Don, you know that giving him an assignment with a short turnaround makes him cranky. But he did it. We'll let you decide how well he did his assignment.

Below you can see where Don "hid" the cat on each spread of the 2025 Calanderpalooza.

January Walk east past Scalawag's and make a left into Yucky's diner. There's a cat in the window. Not very sanitary, if you ask me.	February Scott's hoodie proudly displays a cat and his wallpaper is filthy with them.
March Perhaps our sneakiest hide of the year. Rearranging letters to form the word "CAT" in a collection of Don fonts is lethal but legal.	April, May, June Why did we just stick a cat in the bottom right three months in a row? In our defense, the find-the-feline concept didn't really become a thing until the last minute. I guess we rushed a couple months.
July There's a 3-d version of the cat flying out of the explosion. And yes, it appears in 3-d if you have 3-d glasses.	August Why did we just go back to the bottom right? I dunno. At least we used a different kitty.
September There's a giant cat clock on the top and another cute guy down in the dates.	October OK. This hide is kinda lame but it was literally National Black Cat Day...it's a very logical location to put a cat.
November Here's our kitty hidden among the gators.	December Look closely and you will find a partially-obscured kitty among the snowflakes.

In hindsight, we could have done a better job hiding the felines in our 2025 calendar. But when we designed our 2026 Calendar, we fully embraced the "Find The Feline" concept (and kept Don away from the file). A couple months are still pretty easy but we feel like the cat hunt will be much more rewarding this time.
