UFO Invasion Dinner Plate 4

My mother believes! So this plate is a Christmas present for her, sssshhh! I love it so I know she will too!

Don Moyer designs belong in Museums! I love all the designs. The UFO, Giant Robot, and Flying Monkey plates are what caught the eye of my millenials. Don Moyer's patterns are intricate, sharp and unrivaled in originality and whimsy. I've collected almost all of the Calamityware blue plates (how did I miss the Octopus?). I appreciated and studied the original Johnson Brothers Patterns. The Calamityware Series 1 plates are slightly irregular only when they are stacked. You cannot see this irregularity when the plates are on the table. First series is also a little heavier than the Series 2 plates. All Calamityware plates will be appreciated by Blue Willow collectors and blue and white collectors. The Series 2 Kristoff-made porcelain plates are as fun as the first and more in line with the quality of traditional Johnson Brothers plates. The Kristoffs are exactly proportioned and uniform in shape and stack precisely. When Calamityware finds a way to glaze the under bottom rim of these fine plates it will have found perfection. If you have a collector's appreciation for dinnerware, these plates are for you. Unlike vintage dinner plates, these are microwaveable, and are themed for our time so my 20 y.o. kids appreciate them too. And the customer service is EXCELLENT.

Isn't this a movie? UFOs attack Japan? UFOs attack ancient Japan? No? It's fun because it's so unexpected. The quality and detail is superb.

My husband loves all the 1950s sci-fi movies. I ordered extras of these plates for him. His favorite!

I would love to tell you this is my kid's favorite plate to eat off of but I can't. It's hanging on my wall! I can't have steak and taters slopped across my art!

I have been eyeing calamityware for years and finally started my collection. But I never anticipated dinnerware bringing me such joy! I look forward to each meal. Even my worst creations pale in comparison to a UFO invasion! Each piece is so intricate, I find new details every time I use it. Meals taste better, my metabolism works faster, I think these plates increased my life expectancy. I can't say enough nice things about them! Buy these plates!

well california has had everything else and we have an active volcano so why not ufos. i loved all those 50s earth vrs the flying saucers as they destroy wash dc. this was my halloween present to myself. well wrapped. hard to choose from the designs

Space invaders! A master stroke. There is so much fun in all of these.

As a young adult out of college, I was excited to start getting "fancy" or "adult" items, like a fabric shower curtain and matching silverware. I was also excited to branch out from mason jars as mugs and chipped dinner plates. Lo and behold, the timing couldn't be better when I came across Calamityware.

Not only are the designs (at first glance) provoke an "oo la la" feeling but once you really take in the beautiful design, you notice the little and wonderful details. The sexy beams from the UFOs, the poor souls who are about to be abducted (or worse), and the little black cat who probably brought on the whole calamity.

I'm continuing to build my collection of Calamityware plates and every guest who has used these plates ask me where I got them. I immediately begin to gush about the Kickstarters and the other various Calamityware products. Not only are they practical for the 21st century (dishwasher-safe, microwave-safe) but they're a fantastic size for any kind of meal.

I literally squeal with delight every time I see that clean, white box in the mail after a Calamityware Kickstarter has been funded.

My #4 got chipped because I use these dishes everyday so it’s inevitable that something’s gonna happen. I ordered a replacement #4. That elevated the chipped #4 to a place of honor to be made in to a blue and white patio table mosaic.
